Before we became real estate advisors, we were first-time buyers trying to make sense of our own first move.
After six unsuccessful BTO applications, we were 26 and 28 when we committed almost all of our life savings to buy our first private property in 2021.
Back then, our questions were simple.
Can we afford it?
Do we like it?
Will it make money?
Looking back, we realised the hardest part wasn’t choosing a property. It was knowing whether that decision made sense for our future.
Some of our biggest lessons came from blind spots we didn’t know existed, trade-offs nobody explained, and questions we didn’t even know to ask.
Today, our home has grown in value.
But with the knowledge and frameworks we have now, we know we could have made an even better decision.
That’s why REALTANG exists.
Not simply because we love real estate. But because we know how expensive incomplete advice can be.
Our goal is simple: to become the advisors we wished we had.
